The earrings arrived & one was broken, I received replacements without any fuss & didn’t have to return the faulty one. Good service. The earrings look lovely.

Broken already

I purchased these on the 1st of December, I wore them quite frequently as they are everyday wear friendly and they have now broken. one doesn't attach any longer when I close them, so the clasp doesn't work. It is a shame because they really were lovely to wear. I purchased two pairs in one order, not of the same one however I am wearing those less frequently as I am conscious they may break too.
