Gift Cards
T&C's
- Orelia Gift Cards are issued in £ Sterling which can be redeemed online at www.orelia.com. Orelia Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment. Purchases made online with gift cards are not refundable in cash.
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after the purchase date. Orelia will not be responsible for money not redeemed before this point. Orelia are unable to extend the expiry date of any gift cards.
- Physical Gift Cards will normally be dispatched within two working days via Tracked Royal Mail delivery or DPD Next Working Day delivery.
- E-Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient within 2 hours of purchase.
- Orelia Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Orelia is not responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge.
- Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Orelia cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
- Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read Orelia LTD. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
- Orelia Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
- Promotional discount codes cannot be used against Gift Card and e-gift Card purchases. This includes Black Friday promotions and newsletter sign up promotions, as well as all other promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds of gift cards, or split payments, will automatically refund back onto the original gift card first before a secondary payment method.
